Telegram analytics
See where Telegram conversations slow down.
Your team may reply to hundreds of Telegram messages every day, but Telegram does not show where replies slow down. TgSpark reveals response times, reply rates, message volume and busy hours for the accounts your team uses.

Dedicated reports
Every metric your Telegram operations need
Choose a date range and compare activity by account or workspace seat. Spot slow replies, busy hours and uneven workloads before opening a detailed report.
01 · Response-time analytics
Reply rate · Average response time
Only replies within one hour of a trigger message count. Average first response time includes counted replies only. Unanswered triggers lower response coverage without inflating the average time.
Every incoming direct message is a trigger. In groups, only @mentions or replies to your messages start the response timer. Only replies within one hour count. Average first response time includes counted replies; unanswered triggers lower coverage without inflating the average.
Reply rate:The percentage of conversations that received a reply, such as 774 of 1,062, so you can see coverage and spot unanswered conversations at a glance.
Average response time:Average first response time across selected accounts, alongside the number of conversations used in the calculation.
What is measured:Every incoming direct message is a trigger. In groups, only @mentions or replies to your messages start the response timer.
02 · Activity heatmap
Activity heatmap
A 7×24 grid of days and hours showing exactly when your audience is online.
Each cell represents one hour of one weekday and is shaded by message count. Darker cells show peaks; lighter cells show quiet windows. Switch between All, Inbound and Outbound to compare when your audience contacts you with when your team replies. Click any cell to see its exact count and share of the busiest hour.
7 × 24 grid:Seven rows (Sunday to Saturday) and twenty-four columns (00–23). Every message falls into exactly one cell, showing your actual weekly pattern rather than an estimate.
Inbound & outbound toggle:Switch to inbound only to see when customers contact you, or outbound only to see when your team is actually active.
Click for details:Click a cell to see the exact volume for that hour and how it compares with your busiest period.
03 · Message volume analytics
Message volume
Trends and totals for incoming and outgoing messages over any date range, plus your sending share.
The volume chart overlays inbound and outbound messages on one timeline, making the gap between received and sent messages clear. Totals above it show all messages, outgoing messages and sending share. When inbound rises while outbound stays flat, you are falling behind; when both grow together, your team is keeping up.
Total messages:All messages across selected accounts in the chosen period: the top-level number behind every other metric.
Outgoing messages:The number of messages your team sends, separating proactive output from inbound demand.
Sending share:Outgoing messages as a percentage of the total: a quick view of whether you are driving conversations or mostly responding.
04 · Media & content analytics
Media & content
Files, reactions, deleted messages and the mix of text, images and video.
The report ranks content types by share, including text, images, video, files and stickers, showing whether conversations are visual or text-heavy. Alongside the breakdown are three operational counters: file transfers by direction, reactions sent and received, and deleted messages. Together they show how you communicate as well as how much.
Content type breakdown:Text, images, video, files and stickers, each with its share of total messages. See the dominant format at a glance, such as 95.5% text and 3.7% images.
File transfers:Files received and sent, showing whether your team primarily receives documents or distributes them.
Reactions:Reactions received and sent: a quick view of lightweight engagement that message counts alone miss.
05 · Conversation analytics
Chat analytics
Active chats split into direct messages, groups and channels, plus top chats ranked by volume.
The report starts with conversations active during the period, split into direct messages, groups and channels. Below is a ranking of top conversations by message volume, each with sent and received bars, making the chats that need attention easy to find.
Active conversations:The number of conversations with any activity during the period, the denominator for other conversation metrics.
Direct messages / groups / channels:Active conversations by type and share, such as 58% direct messages, 28% channels and 14% groups, making your inbox mix clear.
Top conversations:Up to 20 conversations ranked by message volume, with the highest-demand chats at the top.
Groups & communities
Group chats and communities: what gets counted
Group chats and direct messages appear in the same reports, with one deliberate difference in response timing. Every incoming direct message starts the timer. In groups, only an @mention or a reply to your own message does. Counting every message in an active group would make a healthy community look like a failure.
This Telegram community dashboard measures your team, rather than your audience. Message volume and busy hours and days cover group activity across connected accounts, while response coverage shows how many requests directed at you received a reply. TgSpark does not provide subscriber counts, post views or forward rates; those belong to channel publisher analytics and answer a different question.
