TELEGRAM CRM

Telegram team inbox — seats, roles and shared workspaces

A unified Telegram inbox for teams: a shared multi-account inbox with Member/Admin/Owner roles, internal comments and shared tags, while each member's own chats stay private.

One unified team inbox, with each person’s chats kept private

Each person sees chats only from Telegram accounts they have personally connected. Message content is not shared between teammates unless both have connected the same account. What the team shares is the CRM layer: custom columns, tags, internal comments, tickets, reminders, templates and activity logs, keeping everyone coordinated without exposing each other’s private messages.

  • A seat-based team model

Start with one free Owner slot, then add Basic seats at $29 per seat per month or Pro seats at $39 per seat per month. Pro seats include analytics and the public API for that member.

  • Three roles

Member / Admin / Owner. Owners purchase seats and manage billing. Admins manage members, custom fields, ticket SLAs and API keys. Members read and update field values.

  • Internal comments on each chat

Leave internal notes on a chat that Telegram contacts cannot see. Record handover details, such as an EU card failing 3DS, so the next teammate has context without asking again.

Overview: Telegram team inbox

TgSpark workspaces give your team a unified inbox across connected Telegram accounts, using a seat-based model: one free Owner slot plus as many Basic or Pro seats as you need. Invited members share custom columns, tags, internal comments, tickets, templates and activity logs, while each user sees chats only from Telegram accounts they have connected.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can my teammates read my Telegram messages?

Each member sees chats only from Telegram accounts they have connected. A workspace shares CRM data; both you and a teammate see an account’s chats only when you have each connected that same Telegram account.

How does the team view analytics?

Pro seats provide analytics for the assigned member. Owners can use member permissions to control whether members may view all analytics and set visibility to match team responsibilities.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro seats?

Basic costs $29 per seat per month, while Pro costs $39 per seat per month. Pro includes analytics and the public API for that member. Both include 5 Telegram accounts, with extra accounts within the same seat available for +$5/month each.

Can I restrict what members can do?

Yes. Owners can adjust member permissions for analytics visibility, exports, excluded chats, shared templates and ticket creation, editing and deletion. Member, Admin and Owner roles also carry different management responsibilities.

How do I share a Telegram account with a teammate?

Each teammate who needs access connects the same Telegram account within their own TgSpark account. Joining a workspace does not automatically share message content. Once connected, teammates can coordinate using shared tags, comments and tickets.
