TELEGRAM CRM

Telegram broadcast and newsletter tool — send messages in bulk

Send broadcasts, newsletters and bulk messages to existing Telegram chats. Filter recipients, personalize content and track delivery in TgSpark.

Reach your existing contacts while respecting Telegram limits

Every recipient is someone you already chat with, so each message arrives as part of an existing conversation. Broadcasts run on our servers, with sending intervals increasing as your list grows. Each task covers up to 100 recipients; larger segments are split into tasks with up to 10 running in parallel. Pause, cancel or inspect delivery to individual recipients in Task history.

  • Adaptive sending intervals

TgSpark automatically spaces messages: about 6 seconds apart for recipients 1–3, increasing to about 91 seconds for recipients 76–100. A broadcast to 50 recipients is estimated to take around 38 minutes. Check the estimated duration before sending.

  • Personalize every message

Insert {{name}}, {{first_name}} or {{username}} into your text and TgSpark fills them in for each recipient. Note that {{username}} resolves only in private chats; use {{name}} for groups and channels.

  • Reusable templates with attachments

Save formatted messages with up to 3 attachments of 3 MB each, then insert them from the picker. Assign a slash command to a template to recall it quickly with a command such as /intro-message.

Overview: Telegram broadcast and newsletter tool

Send Telegram newsletters, announcements and bulk messages to existing chats, using audience filters and personalization to keep them relevant. Build an audience from CRM contacts using tags, custom columns, folders, accounts or chat types, then send from the editor or start a task through the REST API. Sending runs server-side with up to 100 recipients per task, splitting larger lists across parallel tasks. Close the tab and track progress in Task history.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Who can I broadcast to?

Broadcast to contacts and chats already in your CRM. Filter by tags, custom columns, folders, chat types or accounts to choose a relevant audience.

Can I start a broadcast through the API?

Yes. Send to a selected audience from the editor or start a task programmatically through the REST API, then review progress and recipient results in Task history.

Why is my broadcast slower than expected?

Sending intervals increase with list size. The ETA shown before sending estimates the time required. Larger lists are split into tasks, with up to 10 running in parallel. Track progress in Task history.

Why is {{username}} empty for some recipients?

{{username}} resolves only in private chats; groups and channels do not have a contact username available for this variable. Use {{name}} when personalizing messages for groups or channels.

Can I close my browser while a broadcast runs?

Yes. Broadcasts run as server-side tasks and do not depend on your browser staying open. Return to Task history to review task status and delivery results for each recipient.

Is broadcasting available on every plan?

Broadcasting requires Pro and uses sessions with analytics enabled. See the pricing page for plan details.

What can I automate after a broadcast finishes?

After a task completes, set, add or remove custom column values, or move recipients into Telegram folders to keep your segments and pipeline stages up to date.
